Miss D'Eggostini Visits her babies!
Year one class was pleased to welcome our headteacher to visit all the new arrivals. She let us into a secret, she comes and says goodnight to them every evening and makes sure they are all tucked in and happy before she goes home.

Dear Parents / Carers
There is still time to get the nasal flu vaccination. Even though it's best to get vaccinated as soon as the flu vaccine is available, getting the vaccine later still can help protect against the flu virus. There are still a few months left in the flu season, so it's still a good idea to get vaccinated. The Kent and Medway Immunisation team is running clinics over the February half term, to book a clinic appointment please contact them on kchft.cyp-immunisationteam@nhs.net or 0300 123 5205.
Kind Regards

Day Three:
Today we saw that some of the eggs had started 'pipping'. This means that the little chicks inside are trying to get out and making holes in the egg shell. Three eggs will probably hatch today! If you are very quiet (not so easy in year 1), you can hear the chicks cheeping.
Day Two:
We have noticed that some of the eggs have moved.
Day One:
Today the Eggs, brooder box and incubator arrived in Year 1. We set up the incubator and put our eggs carefully inside.
