    Nepal Appeal

    Many thanks to everyone who made last Friday’s fundraising a great success. The non-uniform day and the cake sale raised £394.51 for this worthy cause.

     

    Reminder-Staff training days next term

    We have 2 staff training days on Monday 1st & Tuesday 2nd June therefore pupils will return to school on Wednesday 3rd June.

     

    Sports Day

    Sports Day is scheduled for the morning of Friday 17th

  • School General Election Results!

    Sun 10 May 2015 Miss Hill

    The results of the St Thomas' General Election are in! The ‘Golden Service Society’ won with 40% of the vote, after a 100% turnout at the election. The winning party are pictured here with their manifesto, looking very pleased with the result.'

    The Golden Service Society was led by Isaac (Class 4).  Other MPs included Abi, Annika, Jenny, Jerin & Matas

     

    Their manifesto included:

    • Ban cigarettes and drugs.
    • More hospitals and emergency services.
    • More security in shops and banks.
    • Lower taxes for people who have jobs.
  • Non-Uniforn Day and Cake Sale for Nepal

    Total raised = £394.51 (Well done everyone! The money will be donated to CAFOD to aid their work in Nepal)

     

    Members of the School Council sold cakes that had been kindly donated by parents and members of staff towards the Nepal Earthquake Appeal. Every class were given the opportunity of buying cakes during Golden Time, as well as parents and families after school. Thank you to everyone who supported the appeal.
